Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of ChatCart, a software product developed by InsightSphere Technologies.
1. Service overview
ChatCart provides shared inbox, customer communication, template management, order capture, reporting, onboarding, and related workflow tools for businesses operating through WhatsApp.
2. Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and using the service lawfully. Workspace owners are responsible for how their teams use the platform.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Access to some features depends on the selected subscription plan and billing status. Trials, paid subscriptions, restrictions, and cancellations are enforced according to the application’s billing and access rules.
4. Acceptable use
Customers may not use the platform for unlawful messaging, fraud, abuse, unauthorized data access, circumvention of plan restrictions, or violations of Meta or payment-provider policies.
5. Data and service changes
InsightSphere Technologies may update, improve, secure, or maintain the service over time. Where possible, changes will be made in a way that supports continuity and protects customer data.
6. Termination and deletion
Subscription cancellation, account deletion requests, and profile cleanup follow the product’s retention and deletion workflow. Company identity data may be retained where required to preserve billing, audit, trial, or compliance history.
7. Ownership
ChatCart and its associated software, workflows, documentation, and product surfaces are owned by InsightSphere Technologies unless otherwise stated in writing.
