Terms of Service / Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of ChatCart, a WhatsApp-first commerce and workspace SaaS operated by InsightSphere Technologies.
Last updated: 28 May 2026
1. Introduction
ChatCart provides shared inbox, customer communication, template management, order capture, reporting, onboarding, and related workflow tools for businesses operating through WhatsApp.
2. Use of the service
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your workspace details up to date, and use the service lawfully. You may not use ChatCart for fraud, unlawful messaging, abuse, unauthorized access, or any activity that breaches applicable law, payment-provider rules, or Meta/WhatsApp policies.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and controlling access to your workspace. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for team members, connected services, and actions taken from their workspace.
ChatCart provides digital software subscriptions. Access to some features depends on the selected plan, successful payment confirmation, and the billing status of the workspace. Trials, paid subscriptions, restrictions, and cancellations are enforced according to the application's billing and access rules.
4. Subscription plans and payments
ChatCart may offer Starter, Growth, and other plans from time to time. Plan features, limits, and pricing may differ. Subscription prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through PayFast or another available payment provider used by ChatCart.
Access to paid features depends on the selected plan and successful payment confirmation where applicable. Pending, failed, incomplete, reversed, expired, or cancelled payments may restrict access until the payment status is resolved successfully.
5. Free trial
ChatCart may offer a free trial, including a Growth trial where displayed. Trial duration is shown inside the product at the time of signup and may currently be up to 14 days. A trial is generally limited to one workspace or customer unless otherwise approved by InsightSphere Technologies. A free trial does not guarantee continued free access after the trial ends.
6. Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel their subscription from within ChatCart where that option is available, or by contacting support for assistance. Cancellation stops future billing according to the current billing setup and the status of the active subscription.
Where applicable, workspace access may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period. Trial cancellation does not reset, restart, or renew a free trial. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete workspace data unless a separate deletion request is submitted and approved through the relevant workflow.
If an account deletion request is submitted while recurring billing is still active, ChatCart may require confirmed cancellation of the active recurring subscription before the deletion schedule begins.
7. Refund policy
ChatCart provides digital software subscription services. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and should be submitted within 7 days of the relevant payment where reasonably possible.
Duplicate or accidental payments may be reviewed for refund approval. Refunds may not be granted where the service has already been used extensively, where the subscription period has been substantially consumed, where usage-based costs have already been incurred, or where the request falls outside a reasonable review period.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Final processing times may depend on PayFast, banks, card issuers, or payment-network timelines outside of InsightSphere Technologies' direct control.
8. Service availability
ChatCart may undergo maintenance, upgrades, or emergency service work from time to time. Service interruptions can occur, and InsightSphere Technologies will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practical. No uninterrupted or error-free service is guaranteed.
9. WhatsApp and Meta dependency
Some ChatCart features depend on WhatsApp, Meta, and related provider services. Availability of messaging, templates, onboarding, connected numbers, or automation features may depend on Meta approvals, policies, API availability, account health, and phone-number status.
10. Data and privacy
Your use of ChatCart is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how customer, workspace, conversation, and billing-related data may be handled.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsightSphere Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from the use of ChatCart. ChatCart is a software service and does not guarantee sales, customer conversion, or uninterrupted third-party platform availability.
12. Changes to these terms
InsightSphere Technologies may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will apply from the time they are published on this page. Continued use of ChatCart after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Contact details
